In South Africa, clients who rely on receiving funds through the Cash Send service are being urged to collect their funds as soon as they receive an SMS with a voucher number for their chosen bank. But what if clients have been approved for COVID-19 SRD but no payment date is indicated on their January status or earlier months, and have selected to be paid through the Postbank or Cashsend?
